Traveling with my fear

I lived abroad for 9 years and traveled with my family many times during that time. However, since COVID-19 came, I am very afraid to travel. It’s not the travel itself that scares me, but the possibility of suddenly stopping the trip during the travel. The checkpoint during the lockdown was also really scary. To override that fear, I would like to first go out within Japan, but my fear is still stopping me. I think I will travel with my fear.
